Winamp is an iconic product that required unique positioning. As the world's leading MP3 player by 2022, Winamp wants to reposition itself in the multi-media audio distribution market. We worked with their team to overhaul their initial branding and create a digital eco-system to match their ambition: to be at the top of the audio eco-systems for content distribution, while promoting creativity and respect for artists. After a lengthy collaborative brand positioning process involving several workshops with winamp's teams, we translated this positioning into a visual identity that preserves the fundamentals of this iconic brand, while taking it directly into the future.
